Refund Policy

At Happy Wackers Golf, we take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, provided the item is in new condition and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for purchase.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out and you need to return an item, so we will cover the cost of return shipping as long as the return is valid.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at happywackersgolfco@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
